چکیده
Evidence supports the role of exercise training and probiotics on reducing obesity. Considering relationship between obesity high-fat diet with anxiety indices, aim this study was to assess effect probiotic supplementation high-intensity interval (HIIT) anxiety-like behaviors, corticosterone indices in (HFD)-induced mice. Thirty male adult C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into five groups: (1) Control normal (CON), (2) High-fat (HFD), (3) HFD + (HT), (4) supplement (HP) (5) +probiotics (HTP). Exercise consisted 8 weeks programs. Probiotics included 0.2 mL Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. Anxiety-like behaviors measured by open field (OF) Elevated plus maze (EPM). OF EPM tests, visceral fat mass (VFM) measurement, blood sampling for performed after intervention. Bodyweight at different stages during regime increased bodyweight, VFM, serum levels (p < 0.05). HIIT, their combination, decreased improved behavior The a combination HIIT most more than each one separately 0.5). supplements or above all may have beneficial effects indices.

Introduction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of high fat diet-induced obesity and interval and continuous exercise training on visceral fat SIRT1 and insulin resistance in male rats. Method. Forty male rats were divided into two groups: high-fat diet (HFD; n=32) and standard diet (C; n=8). After 10 weeks inducing obesity, eight rats from the HFD and C groups were sacrifi...
متن کاملEffects of Endurance Training and Isocaloric High Intensity Interval Training on Anthropometric Indices and Insulin Resistance in High Fat Diet-Fed Wistar Rats
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives: Obesity is a global health problem that could lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. Polygenic obesity is caused by multiple factors, such as lack of exercise and excess food intake. In this study, we evaluated effects of 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and isocratic moderate-intensity training (MIT) on anthropometric indice...
متن کاملHigh-intensity Interval Training and Obesity
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has become a promising strategy to induce a number of metabolic adaptations and alter body composition. Recent evidence suggests that HIIT can be a time-efficient strategy to promote health in sedentary overweight/obese individuals. This may be contrary to the belief held by some health professionals that training programs at high intensity are not approp...
متن کاملHigh- and Moderate-Intensity Training Normalizes Ventricular Function and Mechanoenergetics in Mice With Diet-Induced Obesity
Although exercise reduces several cardiovascular risk factors associated with obesity/diabetes, the metabolic effects of exercise on the heart are not well-known. This study was designed to investigate whether high-intensity interval training (HIT) is superior to moderate-intensity training (MIT) in counteracting obesity-induced impairment of left ventricular (LV) mechanoenergetics and function...
